Christopher J. Lindop, was elected Director of the Company in October 2006. He is Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board. Since February 2017, Mr. Lindop has served as Chief Financial Officer of Quotient Ltd., a diagnostics company focused on blood grouping and serological disease screening. From January 2007 to June 2016, Mr. Lindop served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Haemonetics Corporation, a developer, manufacturer, and marketer of blood processing technology. Prior to joining Haemonetics, Mr. Lindop served as Chief Financial Officer of Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc., a developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical diagnostic products. From June 2002 to September 2003, he served as an audit partner for Ernst & Young LLP, an accounting firm. From 1991 to June 2002, Mr. Lindop served as an audit partner with the Boston office of Arthur Andersen LLP, an accounting firm.
