Mr. Reinaudo has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Agfa-Gevaert N.V. since April 27, 2010. Mr. Reinaudo has been the President of Agfa Healthcare Corporation since January 2008. He served as the President of Agfa HealthCare NV until April 1, 2011. He served as the President of Alcatel Asia Pacific at 3SP Technologies S.A.S. from 2003 to 2006. He served as an Executive Vice President of Alcatel-Lucent Holding Inc. and served as President of Asia Pacific region. He managed worldwide multi-billion Euro businesses and international sales and services organizations. Mr. Reinaudo served as President of Alcatel Optics Group from 1999 to 2003. He served as President of Alcatel's undersea networks activities since 1997. He served as President of the Submarine Networks Division since 1997. In 1984, he took over the responsibility for research associated with fiber optics and cable for undersea applications. Following his appointment as Director of Operations, he became responsible for all manufacturing and purchasing activities associated with Alcatel's submarine networks. He joined Alcatel in 1978 where he worked for five years in the world-renowned research center at Marcoussis. Mr. Reinaudo serves as Vice Chairman of Alcatel Shanghai Bell. He serves as a Director of Directors of Draka Comteq (the Netherlands). He has been a Director of Agfa-Gevaert N.V. since 2010. He served as a Director of 360networks, Inc., since November 2000. He served as Steering Council Member of Alcatel-Lucent. He served as a Director of Alcatel Bell NV. Mr. Reinaudo is a graduate of the Ecole de Physique et de Chimie Industrielle in Paris and holds a Ph.D from University of Paris (France).
