Biography

Mr. Chris Posner has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at LEO Pharma Inc. since July 15, 2017. Mr. Posner is responsible for the US business of LEO Pharma, a global healthcare company dedicated to helping people achieve healthy skin. Mr. Posner has been an Executive Vice President of US at LEO Pharma A/S since July 20, 2017. He serves as the Head of Worldwide Commercial Operations at R-Pharm-US LLC. He is a Pharmaceutical Executive with wide-ranging experience in the commercialization of US and global brands the pharma industry including biologic medicines and immunology and extensive background in transforming markets and optimizing brand performance in resource- constrained environments. Prior to joining R-Pharm US, he served as the Vice President of the Immunoscience Business Unit at Bristol-Myers Squibb. He held the responsibility of general management and leadership of the Immunoscience US brand team and the US sales team. He managed all aspects of strategic planning, positioning, promotional campaign development (professional & consumer), managed care, life-cycle strategy and P&L. He served as the Global Commercial Team Leader of Xeljanz at Pfizer from January 2009 to January 2013. He held the worldwide responsibility for all aspects of pre-launch strategic planning, positioning, pricing, promotional campaign development, life-cycle strategy and global P&L for Xeljanz. Before that, he was the Senior Director of Enbrel Market Access and Global Marketing, Rheumatology at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals from 2007 to 2009. He served as Group Product Director of Neurology Franchise at Endo Pharmaceuticals from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Posner was responsible for management of US marketing team and P&L for Frova. He served as the Senior Manager of Business Analysis and Decision Support at Merck & Co from 1998 to 2003. Prior to beginning his career in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Posner was a Senior Economic Consultant at the Wharton Econometric Forecasting Associates. Mr. Posner received his MBA from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University and his BA in Economics from Villanova University.
