Mr. Chi Ho Ngai, also known as Alwin, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at Modern Dental Group Limited since July 2014 and September 22, 2014 respectively. Mr. Ngai joined Modern Dental Group as an information technology manager of MDLCL in February 2006. Mr. Ngai is primarily responsible for the general operations and devising business strategies of Modern Dental Group. He served as Director of Digital Production of MDLCL since April 2009 and a director of Product Management of MDLCL since April 2013. He serves as a Director of Modern Dental Holding BVI, HK Holding BVI, Macau Holding BVI, America Holding BVI, Europe Holding BVI, Europe Holding Netherlands, Australia Holding BVI, Digitek Dental, SCDL Holdings, SCDL Finance Pty Ltd, SCDL Pty Ltd, Andent Pty Ltd, Proform Australia Pty Ltd, Dentmill Australia Pty Ltd, BU Factory Pty Ltd, Pavona Pty Ltd, Southern Cross Dental Laboratories (NZ) Limited, the board member of Labocast, a director and the legal representative of MDLSZ, a director of YZJSZ and a director of MDLDG, all of which are Modern Dental Group's subsidiaries. Mr. Ngai was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in Australia in November 2002. Mr. Ngai has over nine years of experience in the dental prosthesis field. Mr. Ngai was a solicitor of Ian Polak Barristers & Solicitors, being a law firm, from January 2003 to December 2005. He has also been a member of The Academy of Dental Materials, a consortium of dental professionals founded in 1941 in the United States, since June 2014. Mr. Ngai obtained a masters degree in applied commerce (marketing) from the University of Melbourne in Australia in March 2006 and a bachelors degree in laws and a bachelors degree in science (with honors) from the University of Melbourne in Australia in April 2002.
