Mr. Charles E. Bachman is a partner in O’Melveny & Myers LLP’s New York office and a member of the Litigation Department. He is an experienced trial attorney with a particular focus on litigation arising out of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice. He has extensive experience in the areas of antitrust, securities, corporate governance, accounting disputes, international arbitration and employment law. He regularly advises boards of directors on fiduciary duty and securities law compliance issues as well as conducts internal investigations. He also represents investment banks and private equity funds in connection with a broad range of issues arising out of their investment activities.
