Caroline Galliaerde with a master's degree in HR and a Ph.D. in Labor Law and after having worked in one of the most famous international Recruitment firms, where she specialized in HR recruitment, for 5 years in Paris, Caroline joined Brainpower in Moscow in 2004 , where she spent 3 years as a manager, building up a team of consultants. Back in France for 1 year for family reasons, she has participated in the development of a senior executive search company. Willy to come back in Russia, she came back in 2008 in Moscow in Brainpower, which became part of BPI group 4 months later, as a Deputy General Manager, and has been appointed to the General Manager role in September 2011.
