Ms. Huber joined PaxVax in 2014 as Vice President of People and Organizational Development. Prior to joining PaxVax. Ms. Huber served at Kiva Microfunds, where she supported the organization’s growth with relevant international people strategies, operations, and culture. During the past 15 years, Ms. Huber helped build and scale several early-stage biotech companies and developed the People department and infrastructure from the ground up. Her career includes broad experience in all aspects of global talent management. As a certified coach, she has a passion for coaching leaders and teams to optimize their potential and drive long-term excellence. Ms. Huber holds an MBA degree from St. Mary’s College, Moraga, California and a SPHR Certification. Her working language skills include English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish.
