Brian joined Horizon Pharma in January 2013 and has more than 15 years of experience providing legal and counsel to businesses in the healthcare and life sciences industries. Prior to joining Horizon Pharma, he served as associate general counsel for Fenwal, Inc., a global life sciences manufacturer of products for transfusion medicine. Prior to Fenwal, he was senior counsel, business development, commercial, and research and development, at TAP Pharmaceutical Products and Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America, and also previously served as chief compliance officer at Schwarz Pharma. Brian is licensed to practice law in the states of Illinois and Indiana. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University School of Law, his Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.
