Brian Gauger is Chief Development Officer of Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA) and the Chief Executive Officer of National Cardiovascular Partners. As Chief Development Officer, he is responsible for corporate mergers and acquisitions across North America, leading scores of successful business development transactions. In 2017, Brian was named Chief Executive Officer of National Cardiovascular Partners, LLP (NCP), an innovative company that creates, sustains and grows independent, outpatient cardiac catheterization and vascular labs. In that role, Brian is responsible for guiding the organization’s overall direction, strategy and partnership development efforts. Prior to joining FMCNA, Brian had 22 years of experience in the dialysis industry, serving in executive roles in sales, marketing and business development.
