Prior to my experience as an Immunlogy Technical Consultant, I was referred to for technical consultation and customer support in the lab for infectious diseases especially in Molecular Biology, Immunology ELISA tests, and Mycobacteriology. I worked on projects leading instrument validation studies and worked with Field Application Specialists (FAS) for the technical application of instruments. I developed valuable skills in leadership both in a technical consultative and an employee training aspect while performing these projects and working with FAS in the implementation of laboratory automation and its workflow.
