Bíró János was 48 years old, started to work after university graduation in seed industry, having almost 25 years experiences now on the field of seed business, 4 year in crop protection business and 15 years in people leading. He gained my work experiences in multinational seed, agribusiness companies – mainly Syngenta - possessing different positions whereby my professional knowledge continuously widened in business relation. His main activity in the past 10 years was commercial related, from the beginning operational, after strategic marketing management on national and territorial (international) level. Currently as Territorial Head of Technical Support in Syngenta my role is about to build and operate Technical Service function in 6 commercial units in South-East Europe Countries from Hungary till Israel, ensuring product performance knowledge is integrated and aligned closely with crop strategies. Before the Syngenta CP and seeds integration I led the marketing in 6 countries.
