Mr. Shen Bo is Non-Executive Director of the Company. He is Certified Public Accountant of the People’s Republic of China, received his bachelor degree majoring in accounting from Shanghai Institute of Construction Materials Industry and master of accountancy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. SHEN has worked in a number of large enterprises in Mainland China as manager in finance department and chief financial officer and has extensive experience in corporate management, financial control and corporate governance in pharmaceutical companies. From April 2001 to March 2010, Mr. SHEN worked in Shanghai Industrial Pharmaceutical Investment Co, Ltd.* (a company formerly listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with stock code 600607) as a supervisor in the financial planning department, the general manager in the finance department and the chief financial officer. During the same period, Mr. SHEN also served as the general manager in the finance department of Shanghai Pharmaceuticals (Group) Co., Ltd. Since March 2010, Mr. SHEN acts as the chief financial officer of Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd.,* (a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with stock code 601607, and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with stock code 2607) and concurrently serves as the chairman of Shanghai Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd) from April 2011. Since May 2014, he concurrently acts as the executive director of China International Pharmaceutical (Holding) Corporation Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd. established in Hong Kong). Since June 2012, Mr. SHEN acts as a non-executive Director of Shanghai Fudan-Zhangjiang Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.* (a company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with stock code 1349).
