With a passion for cooking and nutrition I developed a strong commitment to the food industry. I value the safety, quality and nutrition of foods that will feed our families for generations to come. I have a background in Food and Nutrition Management with experience in long term care food service and commercial food processing. I recently completed an intensive Training Program for the Food Processing Industry. Some of the knowledge and certifications I've gained include: GMP's, SOP's, Safety Scheme and Regulations (ISO 2200, BRC), Internal Auditing (GFSI), Quality Assurance, HACCP, Sanitation, Managing Recall, Food Spoilage & Safety, Allergens, and Food Processing Safety.
