Mr. Roberto “Bob” Vidal is MSC’s senior vice president of Finance and Administration responsible for business operations, finance, corporate services, investor relations and board secretary. Mr. Vidal has over 25 years of cross-functional executive management experience with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, and venture funded startups in software development, telecommunication and co-location services. Mr. Vidal’s entrepreneurial experience includes nine years as owner and CEO of Employer Services Group, a $40M in sales national BPO with over 30 clients. Prior to joining MSC, Bob was CEO managing partner and principal consultant at PersonaSys, a business transformation management consulting firm.
