In the very beginning of her professional career, our colleague Mag. Birgit Prochazka was employed by a very renowned major Austrian hospital, where she stayed for nearly 10 years performing as a nurse. During that time Mag. Prochazka could gain significant work experience focusing on topics like: gerneral nursing quality management and introductory- and mentoring programs for new employees and nursing students.   After that time period and later on in her professional career, she studied psychology with focus on industrial- and economic psychology. In the year 2000, Mag. Prochazka received an honours award for her overall outstanding study-performance, granted by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Culture.   In the year 2001 and ahead of this milestone in her personal life, Mag. Prochazka started her professional engagement in the consulting business, where she worked with one of the most renowned global top management consulting- and education firms, the Management Center St. Gallen (Switzerland). During her time in Switzerland she had been serving clients in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, particularly in the Soft Skills-, Change-Management-, Leadership-, Corporate Culture- and Human Resources Management- arena.   With reference to the functional sector of Human Resources, her responsibilities included the development of specific study concepts and the execution of international management education programs. Working for the Management Center in St. Gallen (Switzerland), she initially came in contact with the health care sector and its allied Industries.   Since the year 2004 and up to now, Mag. Birgit Prochazka has been successfully working for the ISG-Group as a Senior Consultant and dedicated sector specialist, where she is currently serving mainly national Austrian clients in the Health Care-, Medical Devices-, Pharma- and Biotech- arena. Last but not least (and as one of her very personal reasons joining the recruiting and executive search business of the ISG-Group), was the idea of combining her practical health care experience with additional topics associated with psychology and consulting.   In the year 2006 - and as a result of her professional achievements and personal loyalty - Birgit Prochazka was officially assigned with the power of attorney by the ISG-Group.
