Mr. Bin Chen has been Deputy General Director at Vietnam Investment Securities Company, formerly VNS Security Joint Stock Company, since February 23, 2011. He was its Chief Accounting Officer from January 2010 to April 1, 2015. Before that, he held various positions at Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company for nearly three years.
