Mr. Bernard J. Poussot served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wyeth LLC since April 2008 and January 2008 respectively. Mr. Poussot served as the Chief Executive Officer of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since January 1, 2008 and served as its President from January 2001 to April 2006 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer. He served as the Head of Consumer Healthcare and Fort Dodge Animal Health divisions of Wyeth, LLC since June 2006 and served as its Executive Vice President from June 2002 to April 2006 and Chief Operating Officer from January 26, 2007 to January 2008. He served as the President of Wyeth Laboratories Inc. Mr. Poussot served as an Executive Vice President of Wyeth, Inc. from June 2002 to April 2006 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from January 26, 2007 to January 2008. He served as an Executive Vice President of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals from January 2001 to April 2006 and served as its Senior Vice President from January 2001 to June 2002. Mr. Poussot served as the President of Wyeth-Ayerst International Inc., from January 1996 to September 1997 and served as its President of the worldwide pharmaceutical business since 1997. He served as the President of Wyeth-Ayerst Pharmaceuticals from September 1997 to January 2001. He joined Wyeth in 1986 as General Manager of Wyeth France. He served as the Head of Wyeth Europe since 1991. He served as Secretary General to the Governor of Casablanca-Morocco from 1976 to 1977 and was In Charge of Economic Affairs. He serves as the Chairman of the Students' Council at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. Mr. Poussot served as the Chairman of the Board of Wyeth LLC since June 27, 2008. He serves as Vice Chairman of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He served as Vice Chairman of Wyeth LLC from April 2006 to December 2007 and served as its Director since January 26, 2007. He serves as a Director of Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA). He serves as an Independent Director of Cargill, Incorporated. He has been a Non Executive Director of Roche Holding AG since 2015. He serves on the Boards of Eisenhower Fellowships, the World Affairs Council the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine, the French American Chamber of Commerce and the Opera Company of Philadelphia. Mr. Poussot served as a Member of Life Sciences Advisory Board at Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. He served as a Director of Wyeth Pakistan Limited until January 2008. Mr. Poussot graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris in 1975 where he was elected Chairman of the Students' Council.
