Prior to joining F&N, Mr. Neo was the CEO of YCH Group, where he oversaw the development and execution of the company’s key business strategies to ensure its overall growth while enhancing the service experience for YCH’s world-class customers.He had held several senior positions in the APB Group where his last role was Regional Director and he managed Tiger Global Exports and Heineken Exports (Asia Pacific), overseeing various markets in Asia and South East Asia.
