Barry joined Horizon Pharma in June 2014 and in his current role is responsible for all business operations and project management, including human resources and information technology. Prior to joining Horizon, he spent more than 25 years as partner and owner of Crystal Clear Communications, a consulting firm focused on working with board of directors, chief executive officers and executive teams to develop and execute their corporate strategies. In addition, Barry assisted building organizational behaviors and competencies needed to drive effective organizations. Barry has worked with Fortune 500 and 1,000 companies such as Abbott, Pepsi Bottling Group, W.W. Grainger, Genentech, Rockwell Automation and Manpower. Prior to Crystal Clear, Barry was a founder and president of Review Services and Asset Management Group, a licensed investment advisory firm. He serves on the board of Palermo Villa, a private company.
