Ms. Barbara M. Richmond, FCA, BSc (Hons), has been Group Chief Financial Officer of Redrow plc since 2010. Ms. Richmond served as a Group Finance Director of Redrow plc since January 18, 2010. She has proven track record, with over a decade of experience as Group Finance Director of a number of UK listed companies. She served as Group Finance Director/Group Chief Financial Officer of Inchcape PLC from April 3, 2006 to June 2009. She served as Group Finance Director of Scarborough Building Society. She served as a Group Finance Director/Group Chief Financial Officer of Croda International PLC from February 1997 to March 31, 2006 and served as its President of Active Ingredients and Industrial Chemicals from September 2002 to 2006. She served as Group Finance Director/Group Chief Financial Officer of Whessoe PLC from 1994 to 1997 and Group Financial Controller from 1992 to 1994. She served as a Finance Director of GEC from 1987 to 1992. She held a number of financial roles in Alstom Group SA from 1987 to 1992. She has a strong background in both manufacturing and retail as well as experience of corporate transactions - having completed a number of major acquisitions and disposals throughout her career - and refocusing businesses. She has been a Director of European Motor Holdings plc since February 5, 2007 and an Independent Non-Executive Director of Lonza Group Ltd since April 16, 2014.
