I graduated in November 2016 from Coventry university with a BSc hons in food science and nutrition. A committed and passionate foodie with great attention to detail. I am currently working for Lesaffre the worlds biggest yeast manufacturer in a quality assistant role. Relishing both the quality assurance aspect of the role while gaining valuable exposure to the technical elements required to operate a large scale food production company.
