"On 26 October 2015, Artur Król was appointed by the Supervisory Board as a Management Board Member at CIECH S.A. Artur Król graduated from WrocÅ‚aw University of Technology, faculty of Computer Science and Management, with a degree in the field of Marketing and Management. He also completed a postgraduate course in “Value Based Management” at the Warsaw School of Economics. Since the beginning of his professional career he has been connected with KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. He began in the Department of Corporate Supervision, after which he became the Director of the Department of Implementation (later Marketing and Development) in the Capital Investment Fund of KGHM Metale S.A. In 2006-2008 he worked at WaÅ‚brzyskie ZakÅ‚ady Koksownicze “Victoria” S.A. as the Investment and Development Director. In 2008-2012 he was the founder and General Director of the Central Procurement Office of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. He also held the post of President of the Management Board at PrzedsiÄ™biorstwo Budowy Pieców PrzemysÅ‚owych “PIEC-BUD” WrocÅ‚aw Sp. z o.o. (2013-2014). Recently, he has held the position of General Director of the Huta Miedzi “GÅ‚ogów” branch (2014-2015). Artur Król has been a member of the Supervisory Boards of KGHM Ecoren S.A., KGHM Shanghai Copper Trading Co. Ltd and PHP Mercus Sp. z o.o."
