Aoife Lyons received her doctorate in clinical psychology from DePaul University in 2001. After successfully running her own private practice clinic in Chicago for over 10 years, she returned to Ireland in 2012 to direct Alltech’s educational initiatives, including the Alltech Career Development Program. She also works in consultation regarding hiring practices, team building and multicultural communication. Dr. Lyons utilizes her specialized knowledge of human behavior and psychology to inform business practices.
