. Antonis Zampelas is awarded PhD in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Surrey, UK . He holds a Master Degree (MSc) in Food Science from University of Reading UK followed by a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Food Science from University of Athens .He is working as an Professor for University of Athens. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.
His research mainly focuses on Nutrition & Dietetics and his research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
