Antonella Zarra is a Research Assistant within the Regulatory Policy Unit at CEPS. Prior to joining CEPS, Antonella has worked for the Public and Regulatory Affairs department of Telecom Italia (TIM) and for the European Telecommunications Network Operators association (ETNO) in Brussels. In 2015 she carried out a traineeship at the European Commission DG Competition, as a data analyst within the task force Digital Single Market dealing with the sector inquiry on e-commerce. She has gained expertise in the fields of telecoms regulation, internet policy and competition law. Previously, Antonella has worked at the Public Administration Department of the Italian Government. She holds a summa cum laude Master’s Degree in Economics and Management of Public Administration and International Institutions from Bocconi University in Milan and spent a semester studying at the National Chengchi University of Taipei, Taiwan.
