Biography

Anne-Marie Idrac Born on July 27, 1951 (French). Director of TOTAL S.A. since 2012. Last renewal: May 29, 2015 until 2018. Independent director, Member of the Governance and Ethics Committee, and since May 26, 2017, member of the Strategic Committee.    Main function: Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Toulouse-Blagnac Airport   A graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Parisand formerly a student at École Nationale d’Administration (ENA -1974), Ms. Idrac began her career holding various positions as a senior civil servant at the Ministry of Infrastructure (Ministère de l’Équipement) in the fields of environment, housing, urban planning and transportation. She served as Executive Director of the public institution in charge of the development of Cergy-Pontoise (Établissement public d’Aménagement de Cergy-Pontoise) from 1990 to 1993 and Director of land transport from 1993 to 1995. Ms. Idrac was State Secretary for Transport from May 1995 to June 1997, elected member of Parliament for Yvelines from 1997 to 2002, regional councilor for Île-de-France from 1998 to 2002 and State Secretary for Foreign Trade from March 2008 to November 2010.
