Ms. Ladd is an experienced financial professional with over 15 years experience in the finance and mining industry. She has served as the VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Sulliden Gold Corporation, Crowflight Minerals Inc, Kria Resources Ltd and other privately held grass roots exploration companies. She has also held senior positions with various mining companies including Kinross Gold Corporation and has also worked in Thompson and Sudbury operations for Vale Inco. Ms. Ladd is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Masters of Arts in Economics from Queen’s University, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of British Columbia.
