Aneta Szewczyk joined KCR in 2008 and soon after she was appointed Operation Outsourcing Manager responsible for all operations of the Functional Service Provision (FSP) Team. Today Mrs. Szewczyk as Head of Clinical Operations People Services manages all KCR’s FSP operations as well as services of KCR Placement, the sister company offering full resourcing services. Mrs. Szewczyk has over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 16 years of expertise in clinical trials. Previously she worked for top international pharmaceutical companies (Servier and Bristol Meyers Squibb), where she held various positions related to all aspects of clinical studies. Mrs. Szewczyk graduated in Biotechnology from the University of Technology, Wroclaw, Poland. She also gained two post-graduate degrees: in Marketing and Study of Team Training.
