Biography

 Mr. Andre S. Hoffmann, A.C., D.E., serves as the President of FIBA (Fondation Internationale du Banc d'Arguin) at Nouakchott, Mauritanie, Fondation MAVA, Gland, Switzerland and Fondation Hoffmann, Morges, Switzerland. Mr. Hoffmann serves as an Honorary Treasurer at World Wide Fund for Nature, Gland, Switzerland. He serves as Treasurer of Fondation les Corbillettes pour l'Aide aux enfants handicapés mentaux, Geneva, Switzerland. He serves as Vice President of WWF International, Gland, Switzerland. He serves as Treasurer at SGIPA. (Société Genevoise pour l'Intégration Professionnelle d'Adolescents et d'Adultes) Geneva. He served as an Acting Administrator of a field research station of Station Biologique de la Tour du Valat, Camargue, France. from 1983 to 1985. He served as a Manager of European Mergers & Acquisitions for James Capel and Co., London from 1985 to 1989. He served as a Special Project Manager of Food division of Nestlé UK Ltd. from 1991 to 1993. He has been in Private Investment Activities since 1993. In 1985, Mr. Hoffmann joined James Capel and Co. He serves as the Chairman of Nemadi Investment Advisors Ltd., Living Planet Fund Management Co. SA and Massellaz SA. He serves as Chairman of Fondation Pro Valat, Basel, Switzerland. He has been a Vice Chairman of Roche Holding AG (also known as Roche Holding Ltd) since 2006. He serves as a Vice Chairman of Roche Innovation Center Copenhagen A/S and Fondation Tour du Valat, Arles, France. He served as Vice Chairman of Givaudan SA (also known as Givaudan Ltd.) since 2008 until March 17, 2016. Mr. Hoffman has been a Non Executive Director at Roche Holding AG since 1996; Independent Director at Inovalon Holdings, Inc. since September 2008; Vernier (Geneva) of Whole Earth Foods Ltd. since 2000 and serves as a Member of Nemadi Advisors Ltd. and Glyndebourne Productions Ltd.
