Biography

Ana Silva graduated from the LLM in International Law and Law of the International Organizations of the University of Groningen in 2014 and has since been working on EU affairs. She moved to Brussels in 2015 to work in the Brussels office of a Portuguese consultancy where she dealt with European funding applications (both grants and tenders), conducted research on EU policy and strategies and developed networking activities. Since October 2016, Ana Silva is a project officer at the Jobs & Skills Unit in charge of fundraising activities, preparation of tender and grant applications and project management. She also contributes to the research activities of the Jobs & Skills Unit in particular providing assistance on regulatory and legal concerns. She has been involved in projects related to youth unemployment, education and the platform economy.
