Amin I. Khalifa, age 58, has been a Director of PetSmart since March 2005. In October 2010, he became Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Iris International, Inc., a global provider of medical diagnostics technology. From December 2007 through October 2010, Mr. Khalifa served as the principal of Khalifa Management Consulting, a financial and management consulting firm. From August 2006 through September 2007, Mr. Khalifa served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Leap Wireless International, Inc., a leading provider of innovative, high-value wireless services. From October 2003 to August 2006, Mr. Khalifa served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Apria Healthcare Group Inc., leading provider of integrated home healthcare products and services, with responsibility for the companys financial functions, as well as purchasing, contract services, and investor relations. From June 1999 to September 2003, Mr. Khalifa served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Beckman Coulter, Inc., a manufacturer of diagnostic laboratory equipment and instruments.
