Amar Pradhan founded Prime Surgical Centers and leads a team of experienced healthcare professionals in executing its vision of providing excellence in surgical care in India. Prior to founding Prime, Mr. Pradhan worked in the U.S. as an independent consultant focused on originating healthcare investments and providing transaction support for U.S.- based venture capital firms seeking to enter India. Mr. Pradhan represented New Enterprise Associates (NEA), a global venture capital firm, in a similar effort. Mr. Pradhan had a successful career in healthcare investment banking in New York with Houlihan Lokey, an international investment bank and Credit Suisse First Boston where he focused on M&A, restructuring and financing transactions. Mr. Pradhan holds an M.B.A from the Simon School at the University of Rochester.
