He is Professor of Immunology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Berne. Alois was Head of Research Immunology and Project Manager at Berna Biotech, Berne, and a co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of the antibody company Kenta Biotech, Zurich. He is involved in scientific expert working groups and is a regular speaker at major scientific conferences. Since 2007, he has been the Chief Development Officer of GeNeuro.
