Ms. Alla Vlasyuk has been Chief Financial Officer of VIOIL Holdings S.A., since June 24, 2011.Ms. Vlasyuk served as the Financial Director of VIOIL Group (including its predecessor) since 2006. From 2005 to 2006, Ms. Vlasyuk served as the Financial Director of Mostostroi. She served as the Director of the Controlling and Internal Audit Department of the KMT group (the predecessor to the Group) from 2001 to 2005. She held various executive positions in the financial departments of certain major companies in Ukraine from 1992 to 2001. Ms. Vlasyuk served as General Director of PrJSC Vinnytsia Industrial Company. She has been a Director of VIOIL Holdings S.A. since June 22, 2011. Ms. Vlasyuk has a Degree in Accounting and Auditing from Kyiv State Trade and Economic University, Ukraine.
