Managing computer peripheral products from RFQ, Design, EVT, DVT, PVT, to MP; leading cross-functional teams (including EE, ME, ID and factory side, vendors) for executing cost analysis, engineering builds, material preparation, production line set up, issue review with customers and action follow up. • Coordinated customer RFQs, including cost analysis, product spec clarified with customers, safety and green requirement check, provided feedback to customers timely  • Led R&D and factory teams for project kick-off, product design, engineering runs, material prep., communicate with all function team and confirmed the schedule is secured • As a major contact window between customer and internal teams, held issue review and action meetings and made sure all issues were solved before mass production • Allocated samples to each member and followed up with qualification test results • Provided recovery plans and found short-term solutions if any contingency occur during engineering runs • Evaluated and executed all design change requests from customers and updated feasibility, schedule and cost impact • Completed two gaming mouse projects from RFQ, design, tooling development, pilot runs, to mass production

 Conducted marketing analysis/comparison with models in the same segment and found the strengths and weakness of current products • Project management including convertible product, Windows tablet, and claimshell NB, familiar with Intel X86 architecture and AMD platforms
