Alfonso is a Chief technical officer, leading projects in genetic improvement and expansion of beef and dairy cattle in the Philippines, making use of reproductive biotechnologies and the latest techniques in management. Currently, working in a project together with the National Dairy Authority of the Department of Agriculture of Philippines. The objective it is to obtain 600 pregnancies and births from sexed Girolando embryos produced InVitro in Argentina. In addition, I’ve been planning another projects related to embryo transfer of beef breed embryos together with the Bureau of Animal Industry, and providing private consultancy to farmers mainly in Luzon and Mindanao areas.
