Alex joined the organization as a Management Trainee in 1999. He satisfactorily completed the Interphil Management & Leadership Development Program in 6 months and was subsequently appointed as Section Manager for Dry Products Manufacturing. A truly inspiring home-grown talent, Alex opened himself up to meaningful career development in Interphil with various appointments to key positions in Manufacturing operations, production and materials planning and later on to be appointed as the Warehouse/Purchasing/ Supply Chain Manager. He was confirmed Division Manager for Logistics Operations in March 2008. Alex is a licensed Chemical Engineer from the University of the Philippines.
