Ms. Agnieszka Szklarczyk-Mierzwa has been Secretary of the Supervisory Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. since July 21, 2016. She was Member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. from June 28, 2016. She is Member of the Strategy and Development Committee and the Organization and Management Committee at the Company. She is a graduate of law, from Uniwersytet Jagiellonski, Krakow (Faculty of Law and Administration, 2004), and Krajowa Szkola Administracji Publicznej(2007). She is Legal counsel and she completed training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels of Warsaw. In 2007-2009, she worked as chief specialist at the Department of International Cooperation and European Law at the Ministry of Justice. From 2009 to 2015, she was chief specialist at the Oil and Gas Department at the Ministry of Economy. At present, she serves as Head of the Oil and Gas Department at the Ministry of Energy.
