Biography

Dr. Agata Wytykowska-Kaczorek is a Psychologist, Cognitive-behavioural Psychotherapist. She completed her psychology at the University of Lodz (1998), now a lecturer at the School of Social Psychology (2004). She completed a comprehensive four-year psychotherapeutic training in the cognitive-behavioural course conducted by Dr Agnieszka Popiel and dr Ewa Pragłowska at the SWPS University.

Agata Wytykowska-Kaczorek mainly deals with Crises (identity, middle age, loss of sense and purpose in life); Anxiety disorders (phobias, generalized anxiety, panic disorder) ; Affective disorders (depression, dysthymia) ; Personality disorders ; Difficulty in Performing tasks (losing motivation and willpower) ; Supporting personal development.
