As Managing Director of Sequoia Capital. he spearheads investments in healthcare, energy and outsourcing sectors. Some of his investments include Moolchand Hospitals and Ind-Bharath Power. Prior to Sequoia Capital, he was head of Real Estate & Infrastructure Investment Banking at DSP Merrill Lynch where he led capital raising, including the largest Indian IPO for DLF Ltd. Previously, Abhay worked at McKinsey & Co, in Mumbai and Johannesburg. He received an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a B. Tech. in CS and Engineering from IIT Bombay. Abhay represents Sequoia, the current investors in Curatio.
