Abe Izen Is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and currently holds the positions of Director of Operations and Oregon Regional Manager. Mr. Izen’s 20 years of professional consulting experience includes construction management, design-build, environmental and geotechnical project management, construction materials testing and inspection, quality control lab management, wastewater and stormwater projects. Additional experience includes national client management, contract and permitting negotiation, safety program design and implementation, and efficiency improvement programs for a broad range of industries across the Western states.
