Dr. Hagh joined KEO in 2016 and reports to the President and CEO of KEO. As CTO, he is responsible of the strategic planning and overseeing of the technical excellence within all KEO divisions and allied practices. His key role is to ensure that KEO has effective and technically enhanced internal operations as well as the innovative and technical excellence to deliver up to and exceeding client expectations. He is a full member of KEO’s Direct Leadership Management Board.    Dr. Hagh, a structural engineer by profession, brings with him over 35 years of industry experience. Prior to joining KEO, Dr. Hagh spent 8 years with AECOM as Senior Vice President, North America Buildings Engineering with profit and loss (P/L) responsibility for revenues covering the entire country. Before that, he also held the position of Senior Vice President for Specialty Projects. During his tenure, he was directly involved in the design, construction and implementation of quality assurance/quality control of major, internationally recognized infrastructure projects both in the US and the Middle East. Dr. Hagh was previously the Project Director of the Riyadh Metro project, a $30 billion design and construct program. His career also included 25 years held previously with Weidlinger Associates during which he rose to be the Managing Director for 7 years strategically overseeing the organization overall performance.
