Mr. Eagerman is the COO and CTO at Shelter Growth Capital Partners and its affiliate SG Capital Partners. Prior to joining SGCP, Mr. Eagerman was a Director at Chicago Trading Company where he led U.S. Interest Rate, FX, and Commodities front office technology. He was with Citadel Investment Group from 2000-2008. At Citadel, Aaron primarily worked with the structured products trading group in multiple technology, financial engineering, and trading roles. Aaron also worked with the Residential Dynamics Group on developing a tax lien investment strategy. He worked for UBS and UBS O'Connor from 1997-2000. Mr. Eagerman holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and MS in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology.
