"Dr. Zhang Hongxing, Food Science Doctor, graduated from Food Science and Nutrition Engineering College of China Agricultural University in year 2005. I am working in Beijing Agricultural College as professor of Food Technology Department. My research direction is food science and food safety detection. I am teaching four courses for under graduate student of food science department, including food biology technology, immunology found, food safety biology detection experiment, and biology found. I am taking responsibility in teaching task and courseware. I am appraised as youth excellent teacher of Beijing in 2007 and talent teacher of Beijing in 2009. “Modern food microorganism experiment technology” was published as subeditor in 2009. I undertook four scientific research projects: country technology support project “quality control technology of post harvest in agricultural product (2006BAD2200114)”, and independence intellectual property rights and technology standard of Beijing “the second exploitation of advanced technology in cheese production (Z0706002)”, and youth science found of Beijing Agriculture College “the research of immune detection kit of βï¼lactam antibiotics in milk ”, and talent teacher project of Beijing. Twenty-two scientific research papers were published in five years, in which fourteen papers was first or communications author, and applied five invention patents."
