Biography

Dr. Sefiani is currently an assistant professor in the College of Business Administration at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University. Prior to joining the university in 2015, he took part in teaching at Abdelmalek Essaadi University in Tangier in Morocco (2013 – 2015) and the University of Gloucestershire in Cheltenham in the UK (2009 – 2013). He also has industrial experience in the field of finance and human resources. He worked as a financial and business consultant and contributed to the growth of several firms in Tangier including his family business.

Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Competence Management, Operations Management, and Islamic Finance.
