Biography

Born in October 1966.She is graduated from Department of Food Science, Northwestern Agricultural University, and received her majored in Master Degree of Engineering in Agricultural and Livestock Storage and Processing. She is mainly engaged in meat processing and dairy product quality testing research with the research of DVS Preparation of Lactic Acid Bacteria and Active Probiotic Milk Processing acing domestically. She has published more than 40 academic papers, and was honored as eligible one Second Prize and two Third Prizes of Henan Science and Technology Progress Award.
