Biography

Dr. Yiqing Xu is an associate Professor of Food Science and Engineering Department. Xu was a post graduated supervisor in Beijing University of Agriculture since 2007, Bachelor Degree in Beijing University of Agriculture and Master Degree in China University of Agriculture. Teacher in Beijing University of Agriculture 5 pieces of research papers have been published. Research projects of 3 items have been undertaken. 1 textbooks of college and university have been subedited in2012. Xu Yiqing research interest includes Animal products processing and preservation & Meat and milk processing. Xu Yiqing has been honoured for Good project of Rainbow Engineering in 2006.
