Ms. Victoria H. Blatter serves as Senior Vice President of U.S. Government Affairs at Amgen Inc. Ms. Blatter is responsible for federal and state legislative issues and managing relationships with U.S. agencies, legislatures and governmental administrations. She is also responsible for international lobbying and diplomacy in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Amgen, she worked at Merck & Co., Inc. as Vice President of U.S. Policy and Federal Government Relations. She has worked in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry for more than 15 years. She previously served as professional staff for the U.S. Senate Special Committee on Aging and as minority staff director for the U.S. House Select Committee on Aging—Subcommittee on Retirement Income and Employment. She received bachelor of arts from Binghamton University and a master's degree in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
