Biography

Dr. William is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Core Humanities & Social Sciences, teaching Written Communication, Technical & Professional Communication, Oral Communication, other English courses; and Professional Development & Competencies, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, and Introduction to Psychology. In technology infused classrooms, he enjoys student-centered and career-oriented teaching in the undergraduate and graduate programs. Before joining PMU, Dr. William worked full-time as an Assistant Professor of English in several U.S. universities. Previous to that, he taught at the University of Toronto and in colleges; and enjoyed working at large corporations. For the past nine years he has been a Manuscript Evaluator and Member of the Editorial Board for such academic journals as Literacy Research & Instruction and Journal of Writing Research
