Biography

Dr. Tina M Colaizzo-Anas has completed Ph.D. from SUNY University at Buffalo in Biochemistry. Currently she is working as an Associate Profession in Health, Nutrition and Dietetics Department in Buffalo State college. Her research interest includes Weight management, use of technology in weight management, energy-related nutrition literacy, medical nutrition therapy outcomes research. She awarded as ADA DEP Outstanding Dietetic Educator for CP Programs (Area 7), New York State Outstanding Dietetic Educator for CP Programs and Western New York Outstanding Dietetics Educator for CP Programs. Her main teaching areas are Medical Nutrition Therapy, Advanced Nutrition and Nutrition Care. She has published many Scientific papers in different journals.
